Bianco 43 is an independent Italian restaurant at 43 Greenwich Church Street in the heart of Greenwich. Located moments from the Cutty Sark, it serves lunch and dinner in a warm neighbourhood dining room inspired by the flavours and hospitality of Italy. Neapolitan pizza, fresh pasta and familiar regional recipes form the centre of the menu.
Antipasti include tomato and basil bruschetta, Sicilian arancini, aubergine parmigiana and caprese made with buffalo mozzarella. Fried filled pasta brings cacio and pepe, ricotta and spinach, or nduja and mascarpone flavours into a crisp starter. These opening dishes provide plenty to share before pizza or a larger pasta course.
Pizza ranges from a classic Margherita to richer combinations of Italian cheese, cured meat and vegetables, all built on carefully prepared dough. Homemade tagliatelle with pork and beef ragù offers deep comfort, while ricotta and spinach tortelloni arrives with butter and sage. Lasagne, fusilli with baked tomatoes and paccheri with sea bass extend the pasta selection.
