Rustico Brighton is a Neapolitan restaurant at 300 Ditchling Road in the Fiveways area. The relaxed neighbourhood setting welcomes diners for lunch and dinner, while collection and delivery offer two practical ways to enjoy the same Italian cooking at home.
Wood fired pizza is the centrepiece, shaped by Neapolitan methods and family recipes passed through generations. Fresh dough, simple toppings and the intense heat of the oven create the soft, blistered crust associated with Naples.
The menu reaches beyond pizza to pasta, lighter bites and comforting dishes inspired by Nonna’s kitchen. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options are available, allowing mixed groups to choose across more than one style of Italian food.
Italian wine, spritzes and alcohol free aperitifs complement the savoury dishes, followed by desserts such as rum flavoured babà, fried pizza strips with hazelnut spread or an espresso poured over vanilla ice cream. A children’s menu and bookable pizza making parties add to Rustico’s family friendly character.
