Hawksmoor Seven Dials is set within the former Watney Combe brewery on Langley Street in Covent Garden. Original brickwork, vaulted ceilings and cast iron columns preserve the character of a building once connected to one of London’s largest brewers. The location also has an earlier link to steak suppers hosted by the brewery’s first owner, giving the modern restaurant a fitting historical connection to the generous meals served there today.
British beef is central to the kitchen, sourced from native breed cattle raised with close attention to welfare and responsible farming. Steaks are selected for flavour and cooked so the quality of the meat remains the focus, with individual cuts and larger sharing options suited to different tables. Knowledgeable servers can guide guests through portion sizes and cooking preferences, making the broad choice approachable for both regular steak diners and first time visitors.
Sustainable seafood, generous starters, classic sauces and comforting side dishes make it possible to build a complete meal beyond the grill. Carefully made cocktails and a thoughtful wine list receive the same attention as the food, while the popular Sunday roast brings a familiar British rhythm to the end of the week. Lunch and daytime visits are especially convenient for shoppers and theatre visitors exploring the surrounding streets.
The lively dining room is large enough for celebrations and group meals while retaining the warm, informal style associated with Hawksmoor. A bar provides space for drinks, and a partly screened communal table can accommodate gatherings that want some privacy without losing the energy of the restaurant. Close to Covent Garden and Tottenham Court Road stations, Hawksmoor Seven Dials combines historic architecture, confident cooking and polished hospitality in the heart of the West End.

HAWKSMOOR LAGER (330ML)
After the Great Fire, our namesake Nicholas Hawksmoor wanted to rebuild London as “…the most August town in the worlde”. If you’ve got a goal, make it a big one. We’ve tried to make the most August beer we could, working with our friends at Harbour Brewing Company.
HAWKSMOOR COLD IPA (330ML)
Crisp and tropical IPA, which is both complex and sessionable. Made for us by Harbour Brewery in Cornwall.
MAGIC ROCK SAUCERY 3.9% (330ML)
Session GF Pale Ale, well balanced and full of tropical notes.
HARBOUR ‘BIG WEDNESDAY’ HAZY IPA (330ML)
A hazy, New England-style IPA with plenty of tropical juicy flavours and fresh hop character
STIEGL GOLDBRÄU LAGER (330ML)
A sweet, golden and light lager. A wonderfully refreshing flavour with hints of honey.
SMALL BEER SESSION PALE 2.5% (350ML)
A juicy, sessionable pale ale.
TINY REBEL CALI PALE 5% (330ML)
A juicy pale ale from South Wales, full of notes of mango and a hint of pine.
LUCKY SAINT (330ML)
A brilliant beer first – a peerless non-alc lager second.
SANDFORD ORCHARDS DEVON RED (330ML)
Crisp & fruity medium cider.
