Saraztro is a Mediterranean restaurant and bar at 57 Wellfield Road in Cardiff. Its warm, sociable dining room is complemented by a large garden, a balcony and a separate party space, making the venue adaptable for lunch, dinner, drinks and group celebrations.
Small plates and starters are designed to bring several Mediterranean flavours to the table at once. Hummus, tzatziki, vine leaves with labneh, fried halloumi, calamari and garlic prawns can be ordered individually or combined into a shared opening to the meal.
Main courses move between grilled meat, seafood, pasta and slow cooked dishes. Lamb chops, köfte, sea bass with lemon cream, seafood linguine and beef stifado sit alongside vegetarian moussaka and stuffed peppers, giving both meat eaters and vegetarian diners substantial choices.
