Sing Faye Liverpool is a two floor Chinese restaurant at 12 Macket's Lane in Hunts Cross. A sister venue to the long established Sing Faye in St Helens, it offers evening dining during the week and opens earlier on Sundays for a more leisurely meal.
The extensive à la carte menu draws on Cantonese, Peking and Sichuan traditions, with an emphasis on preserving the natural flavour of the ingredients. Diners can move between delicately seasoned dishes and bolder, chilli driven preparations depending on their preference.
