Luna Tapas & Café is an all day neighbourhood venue at 39 Allerton Road in Woolton Village. Its current format moves naturally from coffee and breakfast into lunch, shared evening plates and cocktails, while retaining the warm local character associated with Luna.
Breakfast ranges from pastries and sourdough toast to omelettes, a full English and a substantial vegetarian breakfast that can also be adapted for vegan diners. These familiar morning choices make the café useful for both a quick start and a more leisurely brunch.
Later in the day, Mediterranean inspired tapas takes over. Cold plates such as cured meats and hummus can be mixed with warm dishes including chorizo with hot honey and pan fried seabass, allowing a table to graze or build a complete sharing meal.
A dedicated drinks and cocktail selection complements the tapas, while the tipsy tapas format packages food and drinks for a more social occasion. The flexible combination of breakfast, small plates and evening service suits couples, families and groups throughout the day.
