(100% Sauvignon Blanc) Fresh citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit, pear and peach. Rich aromas of nettles and minerality with a clean and flinty finish.

White flowers, citrus, and green apples the nose. Crisp acidity and flavors of tropical fruits and zesty lemon. The wine’s lively finish leaves a lingering note of minerality.

Aged for 2 years in stainless steel tanks before being released unfiltered. Notes of green apple, pepper, aniseed and a touch of fresh ginger. Marvellous!

(100% Sauvignon Blanc) Piercing aromas of white fruits backed by sweeter and riper notes lead to a textural palate with great power and lovely finesse. Classic Sancerre!

Aged 9 months in oak, this wine has muscles and ticks all the boxes of a quality burgundy-style chardonnay. Thoroughly enjoyable!
