Farmer J at 24–32 King William Street brings the group’s fast, flexible style of eating to the City of London. The restaurant opens on weekdays and is set up for breakfast, lunch, an early dinner or a convenient meal to take away during the working day.
The signature Fieldtray follows a simple build your own format: choose a base, one main and two sides. Brown rice, Farmer’s Grains, leaves and sesame cabbage provide different foundations, allowing diners to make a plate lighter, heartier or more vegetable led.
Charred harissa chicken, flank steak, gochujang salmon and lime leaf tofu bring distinct flavours to the main selection. Seasonal salads, roasted vegetables, slaws and sauces add contrast, while composed Fieldbowls provide ready-made combinations for guests who would rather leave the balancing to the kitchen.
Vegetarian and vegan components are clearly represented across the bases, mains and sides, but recipes can contain sesame, soya, gluten and other allergens. Guests with an allergy should use Farmer J’s current allergen information and speak to the team, particularly when combining several components in one tray.
