BaoziInn London Bridge is located at 34–36 Southwark Street, close to Borough Market and London Bridge station. The restaurant is inspired by the communal food culture of China, where baozi, dumplings and noodles are placed at the centre of the table and shared among family and friends.
Dim sum is a major focus, with siumai, dumplings, gyoza, wontons and jiaozi presented individually or in colourful platters. Fillings include pork, chicken, prawns, vegetables and tofu, while chilli oil adds heat and steamed bao bring soft dough around savoury or sweet centres.
Dan dan noodles and other Northern Chinese street food reflect the restaurant’s original roots. Braised pork belly, rice and noodle dishes broaden the meal, while newer recipes introduce coconut milk, tamarind, aromatic spice and seafood from Southeast Asian cooking.
Vegetarian platters make it straightforward to sample several plant based dumplings and buns together. A daytime dim sum feast offers a wider introduction, while drinks, desserts, collection and delivery support both a shared restaurant meal and an order enjoyed at home.
