The Taphouse Manchester is a bar and restaurant at 17 Symphony Park. It combines a self-serve drinks system with Saffa Soul, a kitchen serving bold food inspired by South African street cooking and braai culture.

The menu is designed for hearty eating and sharing, drawing on the smoke, spice and direct flavours associated with a South African barbecue. Smaller plates and substantial mains allow guests to match the amount of food to a quick visit or a longer evening.

Twenty four self-serve beer taps and twenty four self-serve wine taps let visitors pour a taste or a full glass at their own pace. That flexible format encourages diners to try different pairings as they move through the food menu.

Regular events and live sport give the venue a lively social character that shifts from relaxed afternoons to busier nights. Guests with allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements should confirm the current food and drink details with staff before ordering.

Address: 17 Symphony Park, Manchester M1 7FS, England
