Cowan & Sons is a neighbourhood cafe and print shop at 33 Raeburn Place in Stockbridge. Serving the area since 1997, it combines everyday food and coffee with a changing display of work by local and international artists.
The daytime menu is designed for breakfast, lunch and an early afternoon snack. The kitchen’s cafe format favours fresh, approachable dishes that are practical for both a sit-down meal and customers calling in briefly.
Coffee is a central part of the experience, with cakes and other smaller choices available for a lighter visit. Limited-edition prints and artist collaborations add a cultural dimension to the room without taking attention away from its role as a community cafe.
