Metro Bar & Brasserie is the public restaurant inside Apex Grassmarket Hotel at 31–35 Grassmarket. It sits beneath Edinburgh Castle in the Old Town and welcomes outside diners as well as hotel guests from breakfast through the evening.
Contemporary British classics shape the all day menu, with seasonal ingredients used across main dishes, bar bites and desserts. The broad format makes the restaurant practical for an early breakfast, a quick midday plate or a more leisurely dinner after exploring the city.
