Hobson’s Fish & Chips Soho is a family run restaurant at 27 St Anne’s Court, a pedestrian lane just off Wardour Street. The business draws on decades in the fish and chip trade and provides both a sit down restaurant and takeaway service from its central Soho location.
Traditional fish and chips is the foundation of the menu. Fresh fish is sourced from sustainable supplies and delivered through Billingsgate Market, while British potatoes are selected for texture, peeled on site and cut into the restaurant’s own chips.
Fish is fried separately in pure vegetable oil, helping the kitchen maintain a clear cooking process without animal or hydrogenated fats. Grilled fish and other seafood choices extend the menu, and a notable gluten free selection makes the British classic accessible to more diners.
