Grillville is an independent family run restaurant at 114 Pitshanger Lane in Ealing. Head chef and owner Szymon Niedziela founded the neighbourhood venue in 2016 after more than two decades in professional kitchens. The restaurant now focuses on daytime dining, serving freshly prepared brunch and lunch in a warm setting shaped by local community connections.
Breakfast choices include a full Grillville plate with sausage, bacon, eggs, beans, mushroom, potato rosti and sourdough, alongside a vegetarian version with halloumi and avocado. Poached eggs appear with bacon, avocado, spinach or smoked salmon, while omelettes cover both meat and vegetable combinations. Homemade waffles range from sweet banoffee to savoury spinach with mozzarella and pesto.
Burgers use British beef from free range, grass fed farms and arrive in brioche buns with homemade skin on chips. Toppings introduce cheddar, smoked bacon, jalapeno, pesto and house sauces, while crispy chicken and grilled halloumi provide alternatives. Barbecue chicken skewers, spicy chicken wraps and a halloumi and falafel wrap extend the menu beyond the burger selection.
Seasonal salads balance the richer dishes with vegetables, grains, beans, herbs, seeds and house dressings. The kitchen makes its recipes from fresh ingredients and works with trusted suppliers, giving even familiar brunch food a carefully considered character. Grillville's combination of generous plates, vegetarian choices and relaxed service makes it suited to weekend gatherings as well as an easy weekday meal.
