Vasco & Piero's Pavilion Restaurant has been part of Soho life since 1971, when Vasco Matteucci and Piero Orazietti founded a restaurant inspired by the food and hospitality of Umbria. After more than five decades in the neighbourhood, it continues at its D’Arblay Street home with the character of an independent family run dining room. Longstanding guests and first time visitors are welcomed with the same relaxed sense of generosity.
Umbrian tradition shapes the cooking, with an emphasis on fresh seasonal ingredients and clear, confident flavours.
