Việt Garden is a family run Vietnamese restaurant on Liverpool Road in Islington. The same family kitchen has operated since 2002, preparing dishes that reflect the food its owners know from homes and communities across Vietnam.

The restaurant draws inspiration from the Mekong Delta, Huế, Sài Gòn and Hà Nội. This regional breadth brings together different broths, grilled dishes, noodles, rice preparations and fresh accompaniments within one menu.

Recognisable choices include fragrant phở, bún thịt nướng and gỏi cuốn. Stocks are prepared daily, sauces are made by hand and fresh herbs are used to create the aromas and contrasts associated with Vietnamese cooking.
