The Alchemist Victoria is a cocktail bar and restaurant on Grosvenor Gardens beside Victoria station. Its dramatic alchemy theme runs through the main bar, dining area and circular bar, creating a lively setting for meals during the day and drinks after dark.
The food menu draws on flavours from several parts of the world. Guests can choose from fish and chips, steak, katsu curry, coconut tofu curry, burgers, flatbreads, salads and sharing dishes, with plant based and vegetarian choices included across the selection.
Cocktails are the signature attraction, combining familiar spirits and flavours with theatrical presentation. Classic drinks sit beside inventive house creations, allowing the bar to work equally well for a single drink, a celebration or a full meal accompanied by several different serves.
Weekend brunch, a theatre menu and food service through lunch and dinner broaden the reasons to visit. An outdoor terrace and several areas available for private hire provide space for smaller gatherings, larger events and relaxed dining close to the transport links of Victoria.
