FireStone Teppanyaki is a Japanese restaurant at 16–19 Shaftesbury Square in Belfast. The main experience centres on shared teppanyaki tables, where chefs cook in front of diners using a hot iron plate and theatrical bursts of flame. Lunch and dinner are served, with advance contact recommended because seats around the grills are limited.
