Adan Hand Crafted Pasta and Wine is an Italian restaurant at 25 Baron Street in Islington. Its concise identity puts handmade pasta at the centre of the meal, supported by table bookings and evening opening that suit an unhurried neighbourhood dinner.
Different pasta shapes are matched to familiar Italian sauces, including tomato, pesto and richer meat based preparations. The menu also provides vegetarian and vegan combinations, allowing the texture of the pasta and the character of each sauce to remain the focus.
Antipasti and salads offer a lighter beginning or something to share before the main course. Desserts extend the traditional Italian approach, while the compact menu is designed so diners can move naturally from small plates through pasta to a sweet finish.
Wine is treated as part of the restaurant’s identity rather than an afterthought, with bottles chosen to accompany the food. The result is a relaxed, intimate option for pasta lovers, couples and small groups close to Angel and Upper Street.
