Brewhouse & Kitchen Highbury is a neighbourhood brewpub with a working microbrewery at 2A Corsica Street. Close to Highbury and Islington station, it combines the sociable character of a local pub with brewing tanks, knowledgeable staff and a kitchen designed around food that works naturally with beer.
A rotating range of pale ales, India pale ales, lagers and stouts is brewed on site, joined by guest craft beers and Belgian classics. Tasting flights help visitors compare styles, while guided experiences offer a closer look at brewing and the ingredients that shape each glass.
The food moves from loaded waffle fries, warm sub rolls and small plates to British beef burgers, aged ribeye steak and beer battered fish with chips. Sunday roasts arrive with the traditional trimmings, and separate daytime, children’s, dessert and non gluten menus broaden the choices for different visits.
Cocktails, spritzes and wine provide alternatives to beer, while live music, quiz nights and regular offers keep the weekly calendar active. The Tap Room, Snug and Lower Brewery can be reserved for private gatherings, making the venue as practical for celebrations and tastings as for an informal meal.
