Cafe Mojito is a Mexican inspired restaurant and cocktail bar at 219 Broadway in Bexleyheath. Open since 2007, it combines bold food, colourful drinks and a lively fiesta atmosphere suited to relaxed dinners, celebrations and late evening gatherings.
Sizzling fajitas are a signature choice, served over onions and peppers with warm tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, salsa and cheese. Chicken, steak, king prawn and vegetable fillings allow the same interactive format to work for a range of tastes.
Tacos, burritos and chimichangas continue the Mexican influence, while chilli con carne, burgers, ribs and seafood extend the selection. The kitchen also dry ages steaks in house, with several cuts cooked over the grill and accompanied by fries and a choice of sauces.
Cocktails are an important part of the experience, with the venue’s namesake mojito fitting naturally alongside spicy and grilled dishes. Set menus, brunch, children’s choices, desserts and takeaway add flexibility, while the dining room and shisha offering support longer social visits.
