Four Seasons Queensway is the original branch of the London Chinese restaurant group, serving diners at 84 Queensway since 1990. It is best known for Hong Kong style Cantonese cooking and a busy, informal atmosphere, with roast meats displayed prominently and a wide menu designed for sharing around the table.
The restaurant’s celebrated roast duck is prized for its crisp, deeply coloured skin and juicy meat, and it can be enjoyed alone or as part of a combination. Crispy pork belly, barbecue pork and soy chicken add further choices from the roast counter, giving diners an easy way to compare different marinades, textures and savoury flavours.
Dim sum and starters can include char siu pork buns, seafood lettuce wraps and salt and pepper squid. Prawns, fish and mixed seafood appear in steamed, fried and sauced preparations, while pak choi, bean curd and other vegetable dishes bring freshness and variety to a larger shared meal.
Fried rice, noodles and warming clay pot dishes provide substantial accompaniments to the roast meats and seafood. Special fried rice is a familiar favourite, while braised bean curd and silken tofu dishes offer gentler textures.
