Franco Manca Victoria Nova is a relaxed sourdough pizzeria on Sir Simon Milton Square, moments from Victoria station and close to Buckingham Palace and the surrounding theatres. Its convenient central location suits lunches, meals before a performance and informal dinners with friends or family.
Every pizza begins with a sourdough culture whose origins reach back to the eighteenth century. The dough is made fresh on site and rises for more than twenty four hours before baking at high heat, creating a light base with a soft centre, blistered edge and gentle tang.
Marinara and Margherita sit beside pizzas topped with Italian tomato, mozzarella, cured meat, anchovies, vegetables, mushrooms, truffle and seasonal ingredients. Vegetarian and vegan recipes are part of the range, and pizzas can be prepared with a gluten free base when requested.
