Mimino Georgian Restaurant is an intimate dining room on Blythe Road in West London, where traditional Georgian cooking is served in a warm, colourful setting. The restaurant has built its identity around recipes that reward an unhurried meal, with advance table bookings and food orders encouraged for evening dining.
Walnuts, herbs and Georgian spices give the menu much of its character. Baje is a walnut sauce seasoned with spices, lobio combines red beans with walnuts, and espanakh brings spinach together with the same distinctive nut and spice profile, while Georgian salad and sulguni cheese offer fresher accompaniments.
Khachapuri is a central part of the offering, with Adjaruli shaped like a boat and finished with egg, Imeruli enclosing cheese inside a round bread, and Megruli adding extra cheese on top. Khinkali dumplings provide another Georgian staple and make a natural partner to a spread of smaller dishes.
The drinks selection extends the regional experience through Georgian wine and coffee. Vegetarian dishes are clearly represented across the starters and breads, making the restaurant well suited to a shared table where guests can compare several flavours and textures.
