Tendril – A (Mostly) Vegan Kitchen & Bar is a plant first restaurant at 5 Princes Street near Oxford Circus. Chef Rishim Sachdeva places vegetables at the centre of the cooking, favouring creative technique and natural ingredients over processed meat substitutes.
The regularly changing menu moves through snacks, small plates and larger vegetable led dishes. Ingredients such as aubergine, mushrooms, cauliflower, celeriac and seasonal produce are paired with spice, ferments, nuts and bright sauces to create depth and contrast.
An à la carte selection and a discovery menu give diners two ways to experience the kitchen, while weekend brunch adds a longer daytime option. The mostly vegan description leaves room for clearly marked exceptions, and the team also provides considered dietary choices.
