True Craft Tottenham is a craft beer bar and sourdough pizza restaurant at 68 West Green Road. The informal, dog friendly venue opens every day and works on a walk in basis, creating an easy setting for a pizza, a pint or a casual gathering.
Pizza dough is made fresh on site and proved for 48 hours to develop a lighter texture and deeper flavour. Inventive topping combinations sit alongside more familiar choices, and the kitchen uses ingredients from local suppliers where possible.
Vegetarian and vegan pizzas receive the same attention as meat based versions. Examples include combinations of roasted garlic, mushrooms, courgette and walnuts, while spicier recipes use ingredients such as nduja and Scotch bonnet chilli honey for contrast.
The taps rotate regularly through beers from independent Tottenham breweries, other UK producers and international makers, with bottles also available from the shop. Pizza served from midday into the evening makes True Craft equally useful for lunch, dinner or food alongside a tasting of changing draught beer.
