Wright Brothers Borough Market is the original restaurant in the Wright Brothers collection, established in the heart of Borough Market around twenty years ago. Its intimate and informal dining room on Stoney Street places seafood at the centre of the experience in one of London’s best known food destinations.

The restaurant serves fresh fish and seafood supplied through the company’s own wholesale operation and fisheries around the United Kingdom. Much of the catch comes from British waters, including fish brought in by day boats from Brixham and suppliers across Devon and Cornwall.

Regular highlights include Wright Brothers fish pie, a pint of prawns and generous shellfish platters. The daily specials respond to the available catch, while the market oyster selection is hand chosen and freshly shucked for diners who want to explore different varieties.

Oysters Rockefeller add spinach, Parmesan and herb butter to oysters served on the half shell, while the broader drinks selection includes wines chosen for seafood, cocktails, beers and spirits. The focused menu and lively Borough Market setting suit anything from a quick oyster stop to a full seafood meal.

Address: 11 Stoney Street, Borough Market, London SE1 9AD, United Kingdom
