Honest Burgers Borough sits on Southwark Street beside Borough Market and a short walk from London Bridge station. The restaurant serves lunch and dinner every day, welcoming both market visitors and people working or sightseeing around Southwark and the Thames.
Fresh British native breed beef is prepared in the company’s own butchery and chopped to retain a coarse, tender texture. Burgers are served with fresh rosemary salted chips made by hand, with coleslaw or a green salad available as alternatives.
The selection covers classic beef burgers, smashed patties, grilled or fried chicken and dedicated vegetarian and vegan choices. An exclusive Borough Market burger combines Brindisa chorizo, London raclette, garlic mayonnaise, rocket and pickles with a choice of beef, smashed beef or fried chicken.
Homemade sauces, pickles, onion rings, wings, shakes and local drinks allow diners to extend the meal. The Borough branch also provides outdoor seating, welcomes dogs and offers collection and delivery alongside its relaxed eat in service.
Address: 5–7 Southwark Street, Borough, London SE1 1RQ, United Kingdom
