Caffe Parma is a family-run Italian restaurant at 30A Hyndland Road in Glasgow’s Hyndland neighbourhood. The Giovanazzi family traces its roots to Borgo Val di Taro in the province of Parma, giving the restaurant a personal connection to the northern Italian cooking that inspires it.
Fresh and seasonal ingredients guide an all-day selection that moves from breakfast into lunch and dinner. Pasta, pizza and seafood sit alongside cafe-style dishes, allowing the restaurant to serve both an unhurried evening meal and a more casual daytime visit.
The menu takes inspiration from Parma’s culture of community and sharing, with familiar Italian flavours presented in a modern neighbourhood setting. Separate breakfast, à la carte and dessert menus give each part of the day its own focus rather than treating the restaurant as a single-format dining room.
