Crust Bros Covent Garden is a lively Neapolitan pizza restaurant at 29 Bedford Street. Opened in 2025 with two large pizza ovens, a cocktail bar and private rooms, it suits anything from a quick meal before a West End show to a table filled with pizzas and sharing plates for a larger group.
The dough is made on site, proved for up to 72 hours and baked at very high heat to create an airy rim with a charred finish. Margherita keeps the toppings simple, while the 2.0 adds red and yellow tomatoes, basil pesto and smoked stracciatella. Vegan cheese and gluten free bases broaden the choices available.
Bolder combinations include pepperoni with hot honey, Calabrexican with nduja and pickled jalapeños, and Carbo with béchamel, confit egg yolk and guanciale. The Reigning Champion pairs harissa tomato with spiced lamb or aubergine, whipped feta, pistachios, pomegranate and zhoug for a particularly layered sweet, savoury and spicy pizza.
Sharing plates range from olives and whipped garlic feta to burrata with grilled carrots, giant meatballs, salads, cured meat and cheese. Tiramisu bomba, panna cotta and gelato complete the menu, while Aperol spritz, Negroni and Italian wine support the restaurant’s sociable approach to pizza, plates and pre theatre dining.
