Greggs Old Town Menu

Greggs Old Town is a bakery at 43 Forrest Road in central Edinburgh, close to the university and the Meadows. Its quick counter service and extended daytime opening make it a convenient stop for breakfast, lunch, coffee or an inexpensive snack while exploring the Old Town.

The savoury range includes the chain’s familiar sausage rolls and filled bakes, served warm and ready to take away. Vegetarian and vegan versions broaden the choice, while seasonal releases add variety alongside the core bakery favourites throughout the year.

Sandwiches, baguettes, wraps and salads provide cooler lunch options, with breakfast rolls available earlier in the day. The compact, ready-made format is designed for speed, but still covers a useful range of fillings for customers who want something more substantial than a single pastry.

Coffee, tea and cold drinks accompany doughnuts, biscuits and other sweet bakery items. Meal combinations bring food and drink together for a straightforward visit, and the central Forrest Road location makes the branch particularly practical for students, workers and passing visitors.
