Sprigs Vietnamese Shepherd’s Bush is a family rooted restaurant at 24 Shepherd’s Bush Green. It was opened by the team behind the longstanding Saigon Saigon, carrying their chefs and experience into a smaller, more casual neighbourhood venue.
Fresh summer rolls, spring rolls, chicken satay and green papaya salad make a varied beginning. Bánh mì baguettes combine pickled vegetables, herbs and fillings such as grilled pork, five spice chicken or tofu and mushroom.
