Crust Bros Waterloo is the original Crust Bros pizzeria, located a short walk from Waterloo station. It is also convenient for the Old Vic, Young Vic, BFI IMAX, South Bank and several of the area’s major visitor attractions.
The restaurant makes its dough fresh each day and allows it to prove for forty eight to seventy two hours. Each pizza is stretched by hand and baked rapidly in a wood fired oven at approximately five hundred degrees, producing a soft centre and characteristically blistered crust.
Ingredients are sourced locally where practical, with other products brought from Italy. Mozzarella made in London, tomatoes from Naples, nduja from Spilinga and Prosciutto di Parma reflect the restaurant’s combination of local preparation and Italian produce.
Diners can customise their pizza toppings, with vegan and gluten free choices available. The restaurant also serves cocktails, welcomes customers without bookings and offers collection and delivery for guests who do not plan to eat inside.
