Fresh British native breed beef is prepared in the company’s own butchery and chopped to retain a coarse, tender texture. Burgers are served with fresh rosemary salted chips made by hand, with coleslaw or a green salad available as alternatives.
The selection covers classic beef burgers, smashed patties, grilled or fried chicken and dedicated vegetarian and vegan choices. An exclusive Borough Market burger combines Brindisa chorizo, London raclette, garlic mayonnaise, rocket and pickles with a choice of beef, smashed beef or fried chicken.
