Lime Orange Korean Restaurant is a family run dining room on Vauxhall Bridge Road near Victoria station. The restaurant brings the flavours of Seoul to central London and is conveniently positioned for meals before or after performances at the Apollo Victoria and Victoria Palace theatres.
Korean fried chicken is one of the best known specialities, available with a sweet chilli coating or a savoury soy and garlic sauce. Kimchi pancakes, japchae noodles, dumplings, tofu with kimchi, spicy rice cakes and seafood pancakes provide a varied selection of starters for sharing.
Bibimbap combines steamed rice with seven individually marinated vegetables, a fried egg and fermented chilli sauce. Beef, chicken, pork, tofu, kimchi and seafood versions are available, while sizzling bulgogi dishes bring together marinated meat, onions, peppers and toasted sesame seeds.
Noodles, fried rice, udon and warming traditional stews add comfort and variety to the menu. Soju, Korean beer, cloudy rice wine and cinnamon punch complement the food, making Lime Orange suitable for relaxed lunches, evening meals and gatherings with friends.
