Red Dog Saloon Hoxton Square is an American barbecue restaurant at 37 Hoxton Square. The lively dining room brings the character of a Texas saloon to east London, providing an informal setting for a substantial meal, drinks with friends or a late visit near Old Street.

The kitchen uses smokers and wood imported from the United States to prepare hickory smoked meats. Beef brisket and St Louis cut ribs can be ordered as part of a family style barbecue meal, allowing the slow cooking, smoke and carefully seasoned crust to remain the focus.

Stacked burgers, buffalo wings and Nashville hot chicken broaden the menu with bold American comfort food. Loaded combinations and generous portions suit diners looking for a feast, while smaller plates and sides make it possible to build a more varied meal for the table.

Craft beer and classic cocktails complement the smoky and spicy flavours, and outdoor seating looks onto Hoxton Square. Downstairs, the Louie’s basement bar can be hired for private events, adding a separate space for celebrations alongside the main restaurant.
