Burger & Beyond Shoreditch is the original permanent restaurant from founders Craig and Tom, opened in 2018 after the business grew through street food markets and festivals. The flagship location brings its informal roots into a full service dining room on Shoreditch High Street.
Beef is dry aged on the bone for at least forty days to develop a deeper flavour. Burger patties combine richly marbled cuts, while selected steaks provide another way to explore the restaurant’s emphasis on carefully sourced and prepared beef.
The cheeseburger keeps the combination simple with American cheese, smoky mayonnaise and onion, while the bacon butter burger adds pancetta and burnt butter mayonnaise. Fried chicken burgers, a plant based burger and more elaborate beef combinations broaden the choice beyond the core classic.
Fried chicken bites, wings, steak tartare, bone marrow, potato tots and fries with bone marrow gravy turn the meal into a larger sharing spread. Milkshakes, beer, wine and cocktails complete the menu, with daily opening, private hire and vegetarian, vegan and halal options available at the Shoreditch branch.
