Pizza Pilgrims Hyde Park is a lively pizzeria at 38 Queensway in Bayswater, a short walk from Hyde Park. The branch brings the group’s playful approach to Neapolitan pizza to West London, with a colourful dining room and an indoor Secret Garden for parties, classes and group meals.

Every pizza starts with dough proved for 48 hours before being baked at 500 degrees Celsius. The intense heat produces the light, chewy and charred crust associated with Naples, while carefully sourced tomatoes, mozzarella, olive oil and fresh toppings keep the centre soft and full of flavour.

Marinara, Margherita and buffalo mozzarella pizzas sit beside more inventive combinations such as yellow tomato with Italian sausage and smoked provola. Pepperoni, mushrooms, nduja, aubergine and anchovies broaden the selection, with plant based cheese and vegan toppings offering substantial alternatives.

Garlic, chilli, truffle and hot honey dips make use of the crusts, while salads and sides round out a casual meal. Nutella pizza rings, tiramisu, sorbet and affogato provide an indulgent finish, accompanied by cold beer, spritzes, cocktails and alcohol free drinks.
