Cavita is chef Adriana Cavita’s Mexican restaurant at 56-60 Wigmore Street in Marylebone. A bright ground floor dining room, open kitchen counter and terrace create a welcoming setting that places the craft of the kitchen in clear view.

The cooking draws on regional Mexican traditions while expressing them through a contemporary London restaurant. Tostadas, tacos and raw preparations bring contrast in texture and temperature, with chillies, citrus, herbs and careful seasoning building vivid layers of flavour.

Larger platters are designed to be shared, making the restaurant particularly rewarding for groups able to explore several parts of the menu. Weekend brunch provides another route into the cooking, while the counter offers a closer view of preparation and service.

Tequila, mezcal and margaritas connect the drinks programme to the food. Cavita’s appeal lies in the combination of personal culinary heritage, confident modern presentation and a generous style of dining that encourages the whole table to take part.

Address: 56-60 Wigmore Street, Marylebone, London W1U 2RZ, England
