Cecconi’s Shoreditch is a Northern Italian restaurant on Redchurch Street, open from breakfast through dinner. The polished but relaxed dining room welcomes local residents, hotel guests, families and groups for anything from early coffee to a substantial evening meal.
Cicchetti and starters include focaccia, whipped ricotta, zucchini fritti, truffle arancini, burrata, calamari and charcuterie. Carpaccio, tartare and salads add lighter choices, allowing a table to share several small plates before moving into pasta or a main course.
Homemade pasta ranges from cacio e pepe and tagliatelle Bolognese to duck ragù, crab spaghettoni and lobster paccheri. Pizza from the wood oven, chicken Milanese, sea bass, salmon, pork and steak broaden the all day menu, with plant based dishes clearly represented.
Breakfast and weekend brunch bring eggs, pastries, porridge, pancakes and fresh juices to the earlier hours. Italian aperitifs, house cocktails, wine and beer support lunch and dinner, while a private room next door gives the restaurant dedicated space for dinners, celebrations and brand events.
