Happy Lamb Hot Pot Holborn brings the communal tradition of Mongolian style hot pot to New Oxford Street. The restaurant is designed around shared dining, with bubbling broth placed at the centre of the table so that guests can cook and enjoy ingredients together at their own pace.

Aromatic soup bases provide the foundation for the meal, supported by finely sliced lamb and other meats, seafood, fresh vegetables, tofu and mushrooms. Ingredients are added gradually to the broth, allowing their flavours to develop while giving each diner control over cooking time and texture.

Handmade noodles and other accompaniments turn the remaining broth into a satisfying final course. The broad ingredient selection makes it possible to create a lighter vegetable focused meal or a substantial spread built around meat and seafood.

The sociable format works particularly well for families, friends and larger groups, while advance reservations help guests organise busier occasions. The Holborn name distinguishes this branch from Happy Lamb locations in Bayswater and other UK cities.
