The Colonel Fawcett is an independent Camden pub at 1 Randolph Street, away from the busiest part of Camden Town. Founded in its current form in 2011, it combines a warm local atmosphere with seasonal British cooking, late weekend evenings and a strong programme of social events.
The kitchen works with specialist suppliers for meat, seafood, fruit and vegetables, using carefully chosen British produce across its changing menus. Pub favourites sit alongside more seasonal starters and mains, with lunch specials offering a straightforward way to visit during the week.
Sunday roasts are a defining part of the food offer. Beef, chicken and a meat free nut roast can be accompanied by roast potatoes, carrots, red cabbage, greens, Yorkshire pudding and gravy, followed by comforting desserts such as sticky toffee pudding.
