Zindiya Streatery & Bar is an Indian restaurant at 21 Woodbridge Road in Moseley. Husband and wife Ajay and Shivani Kenth created it to evoke the energy of streets and markets in cities such as Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata. Local makers and artists helped form the colourful interior, giving the casual dining room a sense of theatre without losing its neighbourhood warmth.

Small plates are the core of the menu, encouraging a table to share chaat, gol gappe, grilled dishes and other regional street food. Home style curries and thali experiences offer a more structured meal, while masala chai and familiar Indian soft drinks reinforce the market inspired concept. The format lets diners compare crisp, tangy, spiced and comforting dishes in one sitting.

The kitchen is egg free and peanut free, with extensive vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options. Other allergens are still present, so guests should add requirements to a booking and check the current allergen menu. Walk ins are welcomed when space allows, and group menus can support larger celebrations in the restaurant.

Indian inspired cocktails, craft beer and High Chai give the bar its own personality. Bottomless brunches, live music and private events expand the experience beyond a standard dinner service. Zindiya is most distinctive when its vibrant setting, shareable food and playful drinks combine to capture the sociable movement of an Indian street market.
