The Goring Gin is an exceptionally smooth London Dry Gin that has been influenced and infused with botanicals grown in the Goring Garden. A classic zing of juniper gives way to a beautiful citrus heart that comes from our lemon verbena, we use apricots grown in our gardens to give our gin a wonderful fruity end notes which lingers on the palate. All smoothed using honey that comes from rooftop hives kept around London.

In honour of our cool, calm, quirky, magnificent concierge. Guest favourite, entertainer, hospitality superstar, true-hearted team player and treasured friend.
