The Goring Gin is an exceptionally smooth London Dry Gin that has been influenced and infused with botanicals grown in the Goring Garden. A classic zing of juniper gives way to a beautiful citrus heart that comes from our lemon verbena, we use apricots grown in our gardens to give our gin a wonderful fruity end notes which lingers on the palate. All smoothed using honey that comes from rooftop hives kept around London.
