The Red Lion & Pineapple is a Wetherspoon pub at 281 High Street in Acton. Its unusual name combines two earlier local pubs that were demolished when Acton Tram Depot was built, giving the present venue a direct link to the area’s transport history.
Breakfast starts the food offering, followed by a broad all-day pub menu designed for casual, filling meals. Familiar dishes, lighter options and choices for children make the venue useful for individual diners, families and groups throughout the day.
Real ales, draught beer, cider, wine, spirits, soft drinks and hot drinks give the bar a wide range. Orders can be placed conventionally or at the table through the Wetherspoon app, which is convenient during busier periods.
