Little Social is a contemporary neighbourhood bistro and wine bar at 5 Pollen Street in Mayfair. Led by Jason Atherton with head chef Sam Prichard, it combines a warm, intimate dining room with lunch and dinner service from Monday to Saturday.
The cooking draws on British seasonal produce while retaining the shape and comfort of a French bistro menu. Starters may move from burrata and crab salad to country pâté, followed by carefully composed meat, fish and vegetable main courses.
Cornish sea bass, aged sirloin, braised ox cheek and ratatouille Niçoise illustrate the range of the prix fixe menu. Desserts such as crème caramel and chocolate moelleux keep the finish classic, while a cheese selection offers a more savoury conclusion.
A French focused wine list covers major old world regions and includes wines by the glass. Seasonal cocktails are served at the small counter bar, and the restaurant's semi-private space makes Little Social suitable for anything from a polished lunch to an intimate celebration.
