Balans No.60 is the group’s flagship restaurant at 60–62 Old Compton Street in Soho. Original artwork, a sociable atmosphere and exceptionally late opening give it a distinct identity that moves easily from morning brunch to dinner and drinks deep into the night.

Breakfast and brunch remain available through much of the day, with dishes such as French toast, eggs and richer combinations suited to a leisurely start. The lunch and dinner menus add modern British comfort food and globally influenced specials for a more substantial meal.

Late night dining is a defining part of the restaurant, allowing guests to order food well after many nearby kitchens have closed. Lobster Benedict and Eggs in Hell reflect the playful approach, while burgers and larger plates provide familiar choices alongside the more individual dishes.
