Tajrish Restaurant Menu

Tajrish Restaurant is a family operated Persian restaurant at 33 Craven Road near Paddington and Lancaster Gate. Its dining room brings together Iranian home style cooking, table service and a broad menu suitable for lunch, dinner or a shared meal with several starters.

Cold and warm appetisers include Salad Shirazi, yoghurt with cucumber or shallots, hummus, mirza ghasemi and kashk e bademjan. These dishes use aubergine, herbs, walnuts, yoghurt and fresh vegetables to introduce the tangy, smoky and aromatic flavours associated with Persian cooking.

Kebabs, slow cooked stews and rice dishes form the heart of the menu. Baghali polo and loobia polo pair seasoned rice with traditional accompaniments, while grilled meat and seafood choices are served with rice, tomato and vegetables for a substantial main course.

Vegetarian and vegan options sit alongside the meat dishes, with Persian tea, wine and desserts such as baklava available to complete the meal. Guests with allergies should ask the restaurant to confirm current ingredients, especially where nuts, sesame, dairy or wheat may be used.
