The Troubadour is an independent restaurant, pub, coffee house and live music venue at 265–267 Old Brompton Road in Earl’s Court. Founded in 1954, it became an important home for the British folk revival and continues to combine food, drink and performance within its characterful rooms and secret garden.

Brunch brings English breakfast, eggs and other familiar morning dishes to the table, supported by coffee and relaxed daytime service. The broad approach suits guests arriving for a weekend meal as well as visitors who want something substantial before an afternoon or evening in the area.

The evening menu mixes comforting British dishes with continental influences. Burgers, cottage pie, bangers and mash, sea bass, pasta and seasonal vegetable preparations provide choices for different appetites, while smaller plates make it easy to share food alongside a drink.

Brownies, sticky toffee pudding and fruit based desserts finish the meal, with beer, wine, cocktails and soft drinks available from the bar. Regular concerts and Jazz Sundays keep music central to the experience, allowing dinner to lead naturally into a performance in one of London’s longstanding grassroots venues.
