The Whistling Oyster is an independent fishmonger and seafood bar at 46 Devonshire Road in Chiswick. Opened in 2022 by two friends with a shared enthusiasm for seafood and wine, it combines a fresh fish counter with indoor, outdoor and upstairs dining spaces.
Oysters are shucked to order and sit at the heart of the seafood bar menu. Prawns, smoked fish, pâté and seafood served on toast provide smaller plates, while daily specials reflect what is fresh and available from the counter.
